As of March 15th, 2023 Dead by Daylight Mobile has relaunched under NetEase!

For Support:

a) Contact: dbdmobile-en@global.netease.com

b) Submit a Ticket In-Game:

Click on the Options button in the bottom left corner of the main menu.
Click on "Help and Support" found in the bottom left of the Options menu - you will be redirected to Dead By Daylight Mobile's Help and Support page.
Click on the Support icon found on the left-hand side of the screen.
Click on either "Bug Report" or "Account Problem" depending on what kind of issue you're encountering.
Scroll to the bottom of this page and select the "Contact Support" option to submit a ticket to the Support Team.
