Error Code LS-0019

This error code may also appear as:

• LS-0019-IS-IZ01
• LS-0019-IS-PQR3010

These error codes mean that the prerequisites for a game have failed to install correctly or completely. If this is your first time running the Epic Games Launcher, it is recommended that you run it as an administrator, which you can do via the following steps:

1. Right-click on your Epic Games Launcher shortcut.
2. Click on Run as Administrator.
3. Click Yes on the pop-up that appears.
4. Launch the game you're trying to play.
