If you've confirmed that your DLCs are installed on your PS4/PS5 (more information about how to do that can be found here) and the contents of the DLC still aren't appearing in-game, please try the following:
PlayStation 4
- Go to the "Settings" menu.
- Select "PSN".
- Choose "Restore Licenses".
- Restart your PS4 and check again.
PlayStation 5
- Go to the "Settings" menu.
- Select "Users and Accounts".
- Select "Other".
- Choose to Restore Licenses.
- Restart your PS5 and check again.
