Player reports submitted in-game are looked at directly by our team, and are also used as a supplement to any tickets received by support. For example, even if a harassment offense is submitted as a support ticket, an in-game report MUST be submitted for this.
If any actions have been taken on a player that you have previously reported in-game you will receive a pop-up while in the menu letting you know. This system will not provide any personal information about the reporter or the player that was reported.
*Note: In-game reports are required for any reporting, including those submitted to player support.
