Player reports submitted to support are collected, verified and actioned by our team. Please note: you will receive a reply letting you know that your ticket was successfully received, however, we are unable to disclose specifics regarding any investigation that we conduct, nor are we able to disclose any action(s) taken against player account(s) due to privacy reasons.
Player reports submitted in-game are looked at directly by our team, and are also used as a supplement to any tickets received by support. For example, even if a harassment offense is submitted as a support ticket, an in-game report MUST be submitted for this.
In-game reports are required for any reporting, including those submitted to player support.
