How do I use a Support a Creator code?
To use a Support a Creator code you need to do the following:
- Open the menu to purchase Auric Cells
- Select the 'Support Content Creator' option in the bottom left of the screen
- When the menu opens, enter the code for the creator you would like to support (you can find a list here)
- Press 'Continue' to confirm the code that you have entered
- You can now acquire the Auric Cells normally while supporting your favorite creator!

Why did the creator I entered disappear?
The creator codes will reset every 14 days (2 weeks), so be sure to check that the code is still applied before finishing your transaction.
I forgot to enter a Support a Creator code before acquiring Auric Cells, can I apply it afterwards?
The code needs to be entered before you finalize the transaction and cannot apply the code after it has been done.
The code I entered isn't working, what can I do?
If you code isn't working, please double check that the code is correct as they need to be exact in order to apply properly. If the code matches exactly, please reach out to us here.
How can someone/I get a Support a Creator code?
People who are currently part of the Creator Program have the opportunity to get a Support a Creator code. The Support a Creator initiative is in the test phase, more details on it will be shared in the future.
