Error Code 107

Error 107 happens after a network disconnection/re-connection. It could be that there is an issue with your connection/router or or the platform's Online Services are down.

If you are encountering this error, here are things you can do:

Check your platform's Online Services (possible maintenance or outage happening)

Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/charts (if the website is loading slow or timing out, Steam is encountering a system-wide issue or doing a maintenance).

Epic Games Services (EGS and EAC): https://status.epicgames.com

Microsoft (Xbox and Windows): https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

PlayStation: https://status.playstation.com

Nintendo: https://www.nintendo.co.jp/netinfo/en_US/index.html

GeForce NOW: https://status.geforcenow.com

1. Network Troubleshooting

Add Dead by Daylight as an exception to Windows Firewall

1. Select the Start button > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security and then Firewall & network protection
2. Select Allow an app through the firewall
3. Locate Dead by Daylight and check all the boxes next to it
4. Click OK to save the settings
