How do I receive the Auric Cell charm?

The Auric Cell charm is awarded to players upon their initial purchase of Auric Cells in Dead by Daylight. However, if there is an ongoing promotion that offers a cosmetic item with the purchase of Auric Cells, players will receive the current promotional cosmetic instead of the Auric Cell charm. Subsequent purchases of Auric Cells after the promotion has concluded will then grant the Auric Cell charm.

Please note that after your purchase of Auric Cells, it could take up to 24 hours for you to receive promotional cosmetic items.
