If you are receiving an RTM error, it could mean that your system's date and time settings are incorrect. Please ensure you check your system's settings to ensure these are correct.
We also recommend ensuring that you are using the correct NAT type for your console:
- For Xbox/PlayStation ensure your NAT Type is set to "Open"/"Type 1"
- For Switch ensure your NAT type is set to "Type A" or "Type B"
