If you are no longer earning Bloodpoints in your Trials please ensure that you do not have 2,000,000 or more Bloodpoints already. This is the maximum amount of Bloodpoints you can hold at one time earned from:
- Trials
- Daily Challenges
- Archives
If you do have 2,000,000 or more Bloodpoints you will need to spend them in one of your characters' Bloodwebs before you will be able to earn more.
Please note: This Bloodpoint cap does not apply to Bloodpoints earned through the methods below, meaning that Bloodpoints earned via these methods can put you over the 2,000,000 Bloodpoint cap:
- Giveaways / Promo Codes
- Log-In Bonuses
- Compensations
If you do not have over 2,000,000 Bloodpoints and are still not receiving Bloodpoints from trials, we ask that you please reach out to our Support Team here.
