Twitch Drops not claimed and/or an issue occured

Being online at the time when you claimed the Twitch Drops

If you were online at the time of claiming the Twitch Drops, you will need to restart the game so that you can search the Twitch Drops that you have claimed.

Email Verification


When you first participate in Twitch Drops, you might encounter that your email needs to be verified. This is an email verification on Twitch's side and to resolve this, you need to go to Twitch Settings > Security and Privacy

There will be an option to resend the email. Your email must be confirmed this way before you can link your Twitch account.

If you have linked your Twitch account in the past, there is a chance that the website will tell you to connect your account again. Among other things, this can often occur when you do not use Twitch on a daily basis so reconnecting it to your Behaviour Account will be required.

The best way to do this reconnection is by unlinking and relinking the Twitch account in the Connections page

Resync your Twitch Drops so they can be delivered

There will be cases where after you clicked claim on the Twitch website where you need to inform the Behaviour Account that the Twitch Drops have been sent. This can occur if you needed to reconnect your Twitch account.

Simply sign in to your Behaviour Account and access the Twitch Drops page

Accidentally created another Behaviour Account or linked Twitch to the wrong account

This can happen easily when you see the Twitch icon on the Behaviour Account website. You will need to contact Support using the email you used to create the account (likely the one connected to your Twitch account). Support will validate the request with you and be able to assist you further so that you can later link the Twitch account to the right Behaviour Account.
