In order to get back into the game,, you will need to update the corresponding software, application or driver. The categories these may fall into include:

How can I identify which application I need to update?
The best bet would be to search for the flagged driver in the Launch Error message you receive. From there, navigate to the help-site for your software directly, to update to the newest version.

I play the game on Linux/Steam deck, what do I need to do?
Nothing at all! This update should not effect any Linux or Steam Deck playing.
What will this otherwise do to my game/PC?
This just requires that players update software that is already on their PC, so no performance degradation should be present. It is also not a Secure Boot implementation and should not impact compatibility at all.
Will I need to upgrade my PC hardware?
There will be no changes for our minimum spec requirements for Dead by Daylight.
