Cross-Promotion FAQ

1. To reach the unlock threshold for the two codes:
   1. Badge and Banner code unlock:  Enter the Dalton's Dinos museum lobby
   2. Charm code unlock: Complete Level 2
2. Go to the main game menu of Terrible Lizards and select the "Dead by Daylight Rewards" tab located bottom right to grab your newly unlocked code.
   
   
    
3. Go to account.bhvr.com and log into your BHVR account.
         - Once logged in, go to Game Library -> Dead by Daylight -> Rewards
    
4. Under Terrible Lizards rewards, choose the corresponding campaign for the code you wish to redeem, then select Claim rewards.*

5. Enter the code, select the platform, and then after the verification of ownership, you can hit the "Get Rewards" button.
If successful, a message will confirm that you have redeemed the rewards.


 

6. If Dead by Daylight had been open during this time, players will now need to close and reopen the game for the reward to appear. There is no in-game pop up or notification that the reward has been received. They can locate the items in Customization tab.

1.  Visit the BHVR Account page and login. 

2. Go to the “Game Library” section and select Dead by Daylight.

3. Click on the “Rewards” tab, scroll down to find the TCoFS x DbD Rewards, and click “Claim Now.”

4. In the pop-up window, click “Claim Rewards.”

5. Select the platforms where you own both Dead by Daylight and The Casting of Frank Stone, then click “Next.”

6. After your platforms are validated, click “Get Rewards.”

7. Congratulations! Your rewards have been redeemed and should now be available in Dead by Daylight.

What platforms was the cross-promotion available on?

The cross-promotion will be available to players on Steam, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.

It is not available on Windows Store, Epic, or Nintendo Switch.

What was the criteria to claim the rewards?

Players must own Dead By Daylight and Meet Your Maker on the same platform.

• Different PlayStation & Xbox generations do count as the same platforms.

Rewards will be granted automatically - no action will be required on your part! 

Is there an end date for the rewards?

No. There is no end date at this time, however, we will let you know if this changes.

What happens if I refund a game?

If you refund one (or both) of the two games, the rewards will be removed from both games.

What rewards are available?

These are the rewards for each game:

1. Go to https://account.bhvr.com/ and sign-in or create an account

2. Once logged in go to 'Game Library' and select Dead by Daylight

3. Click on the “Rewards” tab, scroll down to find the IHMF x DbD Rewards, and click “Claim Now.”

4. Ensure that you meet the requirements listed and hit "Claim Rewards"

5. Select the platforms where you own both Dead by Daylight and Hooked on You, then click “Next.”

6. After your platforms are validated, check to ensure that the account shown is the one you would like to get the rewards on, then click “Get Rewards.”

7. Congratulations! Your rewards have been redeemed and should now be available in Dead by Daylight.

How do I claim the rewards?

1.  Visit the BHVR Account page and login. 

2. Go to the “Game Library” section and select Dead by Daylight.

3. Click on the “Rewards” tab, scroll down to find the HoY x DbD Rewards, and click “Claim Now.”

4. Ensure that you meet the requirements listed and hit "Claim Rewards"

5. Select the platforms where you own both Dead by Daylight and Hooked on You, then click “Next.”

6. After your platforms are validated, click “Get Rewards.”

7. You will receive a code that can be entered into the Dead by Daylight shop

6. Go to Redeem Code and enter the code that you were given
